If the visual appeal isn't important to you, and you really just want a good, configurable keyboard (with dictionary packs), you might want to try something like the SwiftKey X keyboard, the GO keyboard or even the Scandinavian Keyboard, just to name a few available on Android Market. But if you, like me, really like the standard skin of the Android 4.0, an app by JohnTanmi named Ice Cream Sandwich Keyboard, is what you're looking for.
Even thou it may seem a bit lame to have to download a whole new keyboard (even with the same theme) just to get a dictionary with your language, I must say that I'm pleased with JohnTanmi's app, which almost an exact copy of the original Android 4.0 keyboard only with minor changes and with downloadable dictionaries of your choice.
As I mentioned earlier this should also work with the Nexus S or even other Android Phones, so if you're curious after knowing how the new keyboard theme looks for Android 4.0, you should take a look at the app too :)
Hope this was helpful, and if you got any questions you're welcome to write a comment below :)

I found this really useful, however I think the downloadable ics keyboard runs a lot slower, compared to the standard one in in ics, hopefully we will soon see an official release of the dictionary for the keyboard and the auto correction.
